Ray Cazis, President
Pastor Cazis is a California native who returned to International Baptist after five years at Lancaster Baptist Church in Lancaster, CA. He brings a commitment to excellence that infuses itself in all areas of ministry. This positively impacts our academic curriculum and the quality of life we offer our students. His desire to train young men and women for the ministry is part of his love for the Lord and his desire to bring others to know Jesus Christ as Saviour. Under his leadership, our church has become a place where friendships are developed and people find meaning as they learn to apply the truths of God’s Word to their daily journey. Our college emphasizes a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and our academic schedule includes in-depth training in the Word of God.
Michael J. Rubino, Vice President
Bro. Michael Rubino joined the faculty and staff of International Bible College in February 2010. Bro. Rubino’s previous experience in the field of higher education involves positions overseeing areas such as student services, admissions, and overall school administration. He currently teaches and serves as the Vice President of Administration. He attended Dowling College where he received both his BA in Psychology and MBA in Management. He will complete his Ed D in Educational Administration and Leadership in May 2012. He was ordained as a Pastor in May 2008 and has served in various pastoral capacities including lead Pastor of a local church plant.
Jerry M. Nunes, Dean
Bro. Jerry Nunes joined the faculty and staff of International Bible College during the fall 2010 semester. Bro. Nunes left a successful career as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer in New York City to answer the Lord’s call to full-time service. Bro. Nunes teaches history, mathematics, and Spanish and serves as the Dean of Finance of the college. He received his BA in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and his JD from Columbia University School of Law. He is also the pastoral assistant to Pastor Gabriel Guaico of the Iglesia Cristiana Bautista de Nueva York, a Spanish-speaking independent Baptist church in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan.
